Atelier Soleil – Returns & Exchanges Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the provided Returns Form.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Eligibility Requirements
•⁠  ⁠The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
•⁠  ⁠Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
•⁠  ⁠For bikini bottoms and swimsuits, the hygiene label must remain intact.
•⁠  ⁠All original tags and packaging must be included.
•⁠  ⁠Items marked as Final Sale are strictly non-returnable.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only
Atelier Soleil does not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as:
•⁠  ⁠An exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability; or
•⁠  ⁠Store credit, issued in the form of a digital gift card for future purchases.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Return Shipping
•⁠  ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•⁠  ⁠Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
•⁠  ⁠We recommend sending parcels via a tracked and signed delivery service, as Atelier Soleil cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Processing Times
Upon receiving your return, we aim to process exchanges or issue store credit within 14 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they are free from defects. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess whether the issue occurred during transit or due to a manufacturing fault and provide a suitable resolution.

Quality Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection. Any items that do not meet our return standards may be declined and returned to the sender.
